Job summary

Euromarket Designs Inc., operating CB2 stores, is seeking a friendly Sales Associate to help deliver an outstanding shopping experience in our Paramus location. You’ll work under the Leadership Team to meet daily sales goals, become an expert on our products, answer questions, and keep the sales floor neat and ready to shop.

The role emphasizes customer service, relationship-building, teamwork, and knowledge of current promotions.

Qualifications

• Customer service experience preferred.
• Retail experience preferred.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to build rapport with customers and associates.

Responsibilities

• Support and meet daily sales goals and standards as communicated by leadership.
• Actively engage customers and build long-term relationships.
• Demonstrate company standards in selling, customer service, and teamwork.
• Promote current promotions and brand initiatives to customers.
• Maintain knowledge of products and assist customers throughout the store.
• Be a visible, positive presence on the sales floor and follow schedules.
• Support mission and KPIs across all business channels.
• Ensure product displays are stocked and present for customers.
• Be aware of loss prevention and safety guidelines.
• Foster teamwork with associates and assist with product selections and service.
