CB2 is seeking a Sales Associate to join our team in a fast-paced retail environment. You will help customers by answering questions, guiding product selections, and maintaining attractive, organized displays throughout the store.

Under leadership mentorship, you will aim to meet daily sales goals, grow product knowledge, and deliver exceptional service to keep customers coming back. Strong interpersonal skills and adaptability are essential in this role.

Formación

• Customer service experience preferred.
• Retail experience preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Support and meet store sales goals and standards as directed by leadership.
• Engage customers; build long-term relationships and provide product knowledge.
• Maintain selling standards, customer service, visual merchandising and teamwork.
• Promote current promotions, brand initiatives, store services and collaborations to customers.
• Know current products and assist customers across the store.
• Be a visible, positive presence on the sales floor and follow schedules.
• Support company goals across all channels and KPIs.
• Ensure products and displays are stocked and available for purchase.
• Maintain awareness of loss prevention and safety guidelines.
