Job summary

CB2 is seeking a friendly Sales Associate to help customers in our Denver store. You will exceed daily sales goals, become an expert on our products and keep the sales floor neat and ready to shop.

You will engage customers, promote promotions, support visual merchandising, and collaborate with the Leadership Team to deliver a great shopping experience for every guest in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to build rapport.
• Retail or customer service experience preferred.
• Adaptable, flexible and eager to learn.

Responsibilities

• Support store sales and service goals set by leadership.
• Engage customers and develop long-term relationships.
• Demonstrate selling, service, merchandising and teamwork standards.
• Promote current promotions and brand initiatives to customers.
• Maintain knowledge of products and assist with purchases.
• Stock and display products on the sales floor as needed.
• Support loss prevention and store safety guidelines.
• Assist customers with product selections and processing orders/returns.
