Job summary

POP MART in Culver City is seeking energetic Sales Associates who are passionate about our collectible art toys. As a brand ambassador, you will deliver exceptional service, build genuine connections with customers, and help drive store performance through product knowledge, storytelling, and sales excellence.

You will create an engaging in-store experience by understanding customer needs, introducing POP MART's world of collectible toys, and offering personalized recommendations.

Qualifications

• Prior retail or service industry experience preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Able to engage customers from diverse backgrounds and build rapport.

Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional customer experiences and build authentic customer relationships.
• Confidently share POP MART's story, artist collaborations, and product collections.
• Educate customers on our Blind Boxes, Mega Collections, and new launches.
• Identify customer needs, make personalized recommendations, and upsell where appropriate.
• Process purchases, returns, and loyalty transactions accurately at the POS.
• Assist with receiving shipments, stocking, and maintaining stockroom accuracy.
