POP MART Americas Inc. is seeking an energetic Retail Sales Associate in Century City, CA to deliver outstanding customer experiences and represent our world of collectible art toys. You will engage customers, share our brand story, and guide purchases with product knowledge.

The role requires 18+ age, strong communication, and a passion for pop culture. You will support merchandising, inventory, and store operations while growing with the POP MART team.

Formación

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• 1+ year of customer-facing retail experience preferred.
• Passion for delivering exceptional customer service.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to build rapport quickly and recommend products.
• Interest in collectibles and pop culture.
• Strong organizational skills in a fast-paced retail environment.
• Comfortable learning new POS systems and processes.
• Able to work independently and in a team.
• Bilingual or multilingual abilities are a plus.
• Must be at least 18 years old.

Responsabilidades

• Deliver an exceptional customer experience by warmly welcoming every guest and building authentic relationships.
• Become a brand ambassador by sharing POP MART's story, artist collaborations, and product collections.
• Educate customers on our collectible culture, including Blind Boxes and new launches.
• Drive sales by identifying customer needs and making personalized recommendations.
• Process purchases, returns, exchanges, and loyalty transactions at the POS.
• Assist with receiving shipments, replenishing merchandise, and inventory accuracy.
