POP MART is seeking energetic, customer-focused Sales Associates for our Los Angeles stores. You will be a brand ambassador, delivering exceptional service, sharing POP MART stories, and guiding customers through collectibles and new launches.

Responsibilities include in-store experiences, product recommendations, and maintaining a clean, organized sales floor while supporting inventory and stockroom tasks.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• 1+ year of customer-facing retail or service experience.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Interest in collectibles or pop culture is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional customer service and build rapport with customers.
• Educate customers on POP MART products and guide purchases with recommendations.
• Process purchases, returns, and loyalty transactions at the POS accurately.
• Assist with merchandising, replenishment, and daily store operations.
