Job summary

POP MART Americas Inc. in Culver City is seeking a friendly Retail Sales Associate to welcome customers, share the POP MART story, and guide purchases of our designer toys and collectibles. You will play a key role in delivering memorable shopping experiences and building lasting customer relationships.

You will help with merchandising, inventory, and stockroom upkeep while supporting the Robo Shop and in-store promotions. Prior retail experience and enthusiasm for pop culture are a plus.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• 1+ year of customer-facing retail or service experience preferred.
• Passion for delivering exceptional customer service and creating memorable experiences.

Responsibilities

• Deliver an exceptional customer experience by warmly welcoming every guest and building authentic relationships.
• Become a brand ambassador by sharing POP MART's story and product lines with customers.
• Educate customers on our collectible culture, including Blind Boxes and MEGA Collections.
• Drive sales by identifying needs, making recommendations, and upselling related items.
• Process purchases, returns, exchanges, and loyalty transactions accurately at the POS.
• Assist with receiving shipments, replenishing merchandise, and maintaining stockroom organization.
• Maintain an inviting store environment and support safety and cleanliness standards.
