Job summary

Drybar Shops in Massachusetts is seeking a Sales Associate / Customer Service Representative to join a growing location. This role offers flexible schedules, paid training, and earnings potential of $15–$25 per hour plus commissions, with no ceiling.

You will provide outstanding customer service and help clients choose products to enhance their blowouts. Qualifications include 1+ year in a fast-paced, service-driven environment, POS experience preferred, and a high school diploma or equivalent.

Qualifications

• 1+ years’ experience in a fast paced, customer service centric environment.
• POS systems experience strongly preferred.
• Social media experience a plus.
• Salon/spa experience preferred but not required.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to work at a sustained, fast pace.
• Track record in providing over-the-top, amazing customer service!
• Frequently required to stand and/or walk for duration of 6-8 hour long shifts.
• Maintains professional demeanor under pressure.

Sales Associate / Customer Service Representative Qualifications:

• 1+ years’ experience in a fast paced, customer service centric environment (sales associate, retail sales associate, customer service representative, store associate, salon associate, or a similar position)
• Previous experience with Point of Sale Systems strongly preferred
• Social Media experience a plus
• Previous salon/spa experience preferred but not required
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Ability to work at a sustained, fast pace
