Mega Saver in Clear Lake, IA is seeking a friendly Sales Associate to create an upscale guest experience. You’ll operate the register, stock shelves, upsell promotions, and keep the store inviting.

This role emphasizes strong communication, dependable teamwork, physical activity such as standing, lifting up to 50 lbs, and following safety guidelines for restricted sales. Daily Pay and benefits are available.

Responsibilities

• Provide an upscale experience for every customer, by using engaging language like "Welcome to Mega Saver" and "Absolutely".
• Actively promote Mega Saver's Loyalty Card and App to every customer.
• Engage and promote ongoing promotions to maximize sales opportunities by upselling and cross selling.
• Accurately handle multiple forms of payment including cash, credit/debit, and other accepted tenders.
• Follow all guidelines related to restricted sales (alcohol, tobacco, lottery) in accordance with state and federal law.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the sales floor, checkout area, outside lot, trash, and restrooms.
• Assist with inventory management by stocking shelves, conducting stock counts, and managing product replenishment.
• Team-focused attitude with a willingness to cross train.
