Hireology is seeking an Automotive Sales Associate to warmly welcome customers and support them through the car-purchasing journey. You will answer questions, explain product benefits, and collaborate with colleagues to enhance the sales process.

Strong customer service and a proactive attitude are essential for success. Responsibilities include guiding customers, asking the right questions, and reporting to the Sales Manager on objectives and activities.

Qualifications

• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to listen and ask questions to understand customer needs.
• Willingness to train additional sales associates and work in a team.
• Energetic, enthusiastic and able to handle objections and pricing.
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
