• Assist in prospecting and closing new business, servicing existing customers, and supporting daily operations of the agency.
• Prospect and acquire new business in property, auto, and life insurance lines.
• Quote, bind, and process insurance policies.
• Respond to customer inquiries and assist with policy changes, billing, and claims support.
• Maintain accurate records and documentation of all client interactions.
• Collaborate with the agent and service center team to ensure smooth daily operations.
• Review applications for insurability and assist with underwriting decisions.
• Adapt quickly to new systems and processes in a fast‑paced environment.
