Qualifications

• Property & Casualty license required (current or obtainable before start).
• Life & Health license is a bonus.
• Proven sales background with strong listening and closing skills.

• Meet new business production goals and objectives.
• Develop insurance quotes, make sales presentations, and close sales.
• Develop ongoing networking relationships with Real Estate Agents, Mortgage Lenders, Title Companies, etc.
• Develop new Financial Services opportunities.
• Prospecting and generating new business through leads & referral sources.
• Get involved with the business community and develop additional referral sources.
