Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to obtain Property & Casualty/Life license within 30 days of hire.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and ability to learn new programs quickly.

Responsibilities

• Grow and support the agency and customer base.
• Assist in prospecting, closing new business, servicing customers, and daily operations.
• Prospect and acquire new business in property, auto, and life insurance lines.
• Quote, bind, and process insurance policies.
• Respond to inquiries and assist with policy changes, billing, and claims support.
• Maintain accurate records of client interactions.
• Collaborate with the agent and service center team for smooth operations.
• Review applications for insurability and assist with underwriting decisions.
• Adapt to new systems and processes in a fast-paced environment.
