Responsibilities

• Grow and support the agency and customer base.
• Assist in prospecting, closing new business, servicing customers, and daily operations.
• Prospect and acquire new business in property, auto, and life insurance lines.
• Quote, bind, and process insurance policies.
• Respond to inquiries and assist with policy changes, billing, and claims support.
• Maintain accurate records of client interactions.
