Job summary

HTU is seeking a customer-focused sales role in Sterling, VA. You will greet customers, understand their furniture needs, and offer tailored product recommendations while staying informed about product features and promotions across four brands.

Ideal candidates are enthusiastic about customer service, with strong communication and teamwork skills, and flexible to work evenings, weekends, and holidays. Training and mentorship are provided to help you succeed and earn commissions.

Compensation & Benefits

• Salary range: $60,000 to $120,000 commission per year
• Top performers earn over $100,000 annually; highest earners exceed $150,000
