Job summary

Cagayan State University is seeking a customer-focused Retail Sales Associate to help customers choose furniture, greet and assist, and connect with preferences while staying current on product features and promotions across four brands.

You will maintain appealing displays, process transactions accurately, and work evenings, weekends and holidays as needed. Training is provided to maximize earning potential and support career progression within the brand family.

Compensation & Benefits

• Salary range: $45,000 to $120,000 commission per year
• Top performers earn over $100,000 annually; some exceed $150,000
