Job summary

Patriot Motors is seeking a customer-focused automotive sales professional to greet customers, understand their vehicle needs, and present features and benefits. You will assist with financing options, navigate paperwork, and stay informed on current inventory and promotions.

Collaborate with the sales team to meet or exceed targets while delivering excellent service. A valid driver’s license and weekend availability are required at Patriot Motors.

Qualifications

• Experience in retail sales, preferably automotive.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Customer-focused mindset with a passion for service.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Ability to work weekends and flexible hours.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and understand their vehicle needs and preferences.
• Present and demonstrate vehicles, highlighting features and benefits.
• Assist customers with financing options and paperwork as needed.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of inventory, pricing, and promotions.
• Build and maintain relationships to encourage repeat business and referrals.
• Collaborate with sales team and management to meet sales targets.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations.
