Job summary

American Central Marketing Group is seeking a Medicare Supplement Sales Agent to work in-office in Secaucus, NJ. You'll earn a $20 hourly base along with residual commissions for every member you enroll.

Ideal candidates will be licensed and experienced in Medicare sales, with strong communication skills for building trust with seniors. A clean chargeback track record is also required. Performance bonuses and qualified leads will be provided.

• Experience selling Medicare products is necessary.

Medicare Supplement Sales Agent — W-2, Hourly + Residual Commission + Bonuses

We’re a growing Medicare-focused agency hiring two closers who know how to sell to seniors—and want a W-2 seat with a base, real commission, and a book that pays you every month it stays on the books.

You get a steady hourly base, leads, and a residual structure that rewards you for selling policies that stick. The cleaner your book, the bigger your monthly check.

You'll thrive here if you:

• Are life & health licensed (NJ; multi-state a plus) and AHIP-current or ready to get there. If you are not licensed we will help you get licensed.
• Have sold Medicare Supplement, Medicare Advantage, or final expense and can speak to your numbers
• Know how to build trust with a 67-year-old in a 12-minute call
• Have a clean persistency/chargeback track record (we'll ask—and so should you)
• Can reliably work in-office in Secaucus, NJ (this is not a remote role)

• $5 per member, per month residual commission — recurring income that grows as your book grows

The math, plainly: Write 100 active members and that's $500/month in residual commission alone—every month they stay on the books—on top of your hourly and bonuses. Build a book of 300+ and the residuals become the biggest part of your check.

Hours are Monday-Thursday 11am to 7pm, Fridays 9am to 5pm
