Job summary

Regency Management Services, in Pasadena, MD, seeks a Furniture Sales Professional for Ashley Furniture to help customers find furniture, mattresses, and home goods within budget. No prior furniture or sales experience is required, as paid training and ongoing coaching are provided.

You will build relationships, close sales, and contribute to store performance. The role offers unlimited commission potential, a competitive hourly base, and opportunities to advance within Regency Management

Responsibilities

• Guide customers through the complete sales process from greeting to purchase.
• Explain product features, benefits, promotions, and financing options.
• Stay current on product knowledge and design trends.
• Follow up with customers to build relationships and encourage repeat business.
• Meet and exceed individual sales goals.
• Contribute to overall store sales and team performance.
• Maintain an organized, clean, and visually appealing showroom.
• Accurately process sales transactions and complete required paperwork.

What You’ll Do
