Job summary

Ashley Furniture is seeking a Furniture Sales Professional at Regency Management Services in Fairfax, VA. You’ll help customers find furniture, mattresses, and home furnishings that fit their style, needs, and budget while building relationships and earning based on your performance.

No furniture or sales experience is required. We provide paid training, ongoing coaching, and the tools you need to succeed in a fast-paced retail environment with commission opportunities.

Qualifications

• Excellent customer service and relationship-building abilities.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Retail, hospitality or related sales experience is a plus, but not required.

Responsibilities

• Welcome customers and create a warm, engaging shopping experience.
• Build relationships by listening and understanding customer needs.
• Recommend furniture and home décor based on lifestyle and budget.
• Guide customers through the full sales process from greeting to purchase.
• Explain product features, promotions, and financing options.

Compensation

• Approximately $60,000 average first-year earnings
• Unlimited commission potential
• Monthly bonus opportunities

What You’ll Do

• Welcome customers and create a warm, engaging shopping experience
• Build relationships by listening to customers and understanding their needs
• Recommend furniture, mattresses, décor, and home furnishings based on each customer’s lifestyle and budget
• Guide customers through the complete sales process from greeting to purchase
• Explain product features, benefits, promotions, and financing options
• Stay current on product knowledge and design trends
• Follow up with customers to build relationships and encourage repeat business
• Meet and exceed individual sales goals
• Contribute to overall store sales and team performance
• Maintain an organized, clean, and visually appealing showroom
• Accurately process sales transactions and complete required paperwork
