• Hourly pay plus commission and bonuses based on memberships sold, paid out monthly

Sample Shifts:

• Monday to Friday: 6:30am-2:30pm or 2:30-9:30pm
• Saturday and Sunday: 7:30am-1:30pm or 1:30-8:30pm

Note: We are seeking long-term team members; seasonal positions are not available currently.

Responsibilities:

• Highlight benefits of IR Saunas and memberships
• Book reservations and follow-up appointments
• Make members feel relaxed and welcomed
• Conduct studio tours for new guests
• Answer questions about services and the facility
• Maintain cleanliness of the facility and sauna rooms
• Organize towel supplies
