Responsibilities

• Assist customers through phone calls, emails, live chat, social media, and showroom appointments
• Sell luxury watches and jewelry to customers online and in person
• Build strong relationships with new and existing customers
• Help customers choose products based on their needs and preferences
• Follow up with leads and maintain customer communication
• Maintain product knowledge on watches, jewelry, and new arrivals
• Provide a high-end luxury customer experience at all times
• Work closely with the customer service and shipping teams

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of sales experience required
