As a Sales Associate, you will be the first point of contact for our clients, playing a crucial role in driving membership sales and providing exceptional customer service. • Engage with potential clients to promote StretchLab’s services and book introductory sessions
• Conduct tours of the facility, establishing rapport and understanding individual client needs
• Manage the front desk, greeting and checking in clients and prospects
• Follow up with leads and maintain a high level of personal sales production
• Participate in community events and outreach efforts to promote the studio
• Ensure the studio is clean, organized, and welcoming for all clients
• Collaborate with team members to create a positive and motivating atmosphere
