Job summary

StretchLab is seeking a motivated Sales Associate for our New Canaan studio to drive membership sales and deliver exceptional customer service. You will greet clients, conduct studio tours, qualify leads, and book introductory sessions while promoting the StretchLab experience.

The role requires strong communication, reliable organization, and a passion for fitness. Flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, are available with commission on memberships and opportunities for growth within

Responsibilities

• Engage with potential clients to promote StretchLab services and book introductory sessions.
• Conduct tours of the facility, establishing rapport and understanding client needs.
• Manage the front desk, greeting and checking in clients and prospects.
• Follow up with leads and maintain a high level of personal sales production.
• Participate in community events and outreach to promote the studio.
• Ensure the studio is clean, organized, and welcoming for all clients.
• Collaborate with team members to create a positive, motivating atmosphere.

As a Sales Associate, you will be the first point of contact for our clients, playing a crucial role in driving membership sales and providing exceptional customer service.
