Qualifications

• 2–5 years of commission-based sales experience with a proven record of exceeding goals.
• Proven results in driving sales, building client relationships, and generating business through outreach and clienteling.
• Innovative and solutions-driven mindset to overcome challenges and exceed client expectations.
• Experience in luxury sales, fine jewelry, or customer-focused retail (GIA certification a plus).
• A passion for people and the ability to connect authentically.
• Excellent organizational and follow-through skills; availability to work Saturdays.
