As a Luxury Jewelry Sales Associate, you will be part of a dynamic and fast‑paced team. You’ll have access to an extensive inventory and the industry’s top designers, allowing you to create memorable experiences for our customers. Responsibilities

• Deliver Exceptional Customer Service: Prioritize the needs and desires of each customer, ensuring a personalized and memorable shopping experience.
• Build Lasting Relationships: Foster strong connections with clients, keeping Diamonds Direct top‑of‑mind for all their luxury jewelry needs.
• Maintain Product Knowledge: Stay informed about our inventory, designers, and the latest trends in luxury jewelry.
• Showcase Inventory: Help customers explore our wide range of options, assisting them in finding the perfect piece.
• Follow Up: Provide post‑sale support and follow‑up with customers to ensure satisfaction and encourage repeat business.
• Collaborate with Team Members: Work cohesively with colleagues to create a supportive and effective work environment.
• Uphold Professional Standards: Always maintain a polished appearance and professional demeanor.
