Pyramid Consulting Group, LLC is hiring a Luxury Sales Associate/Stylist for our Montecito boutique. This role supports both Full-Time and Part-Time schedules, with weekend and holiday flexibility to ensure a premier client experience.

The ideal candidate has luxury fashion retail background, strong clienteling, and a passion for styling. You will help drive sales, maintain boutique standards, and collaborate with the team to deliver exceptional service.

Job description

Our client, a luxury women’s fashion brand, is seeking a Luxury Sales Associate/Stylist (Full-Time or Part-Time) to join the team in Montecito onsite in their retail boutique.

The ideal candidate will be able to work Full-Time hours, but they are also open to candidates with Part-Time availability for a permanent role. Candidates must be able to work a flexible retail schedule, including weekends and holidays as needed.

Job Duties

• Deliver a highly personalized, elevated client experience through thoughtful styling, product knowledge, and relationship building.
• Drive individual and store sales goals through proactive clienteling, appointment setting, follow-up, and development of a loyal client book.
• Maintain exceptional visual and operational standards, including merchandising, product presentation, inventory organization, and overall boutique appearance.
• Partner collaboratively with the store team to support daily business needs, special events, VIP appointments, and an exceptional end-to-end customer journey.
• Additional duties as needed and assigned.

Job Qualifications

• Previous experience in luxury or premium fashion retail, ideally within women’s ready-to-wear, bridal, or designer apparel.
• Strong selling and clienteling skills with the ability to develop lasting relationships with a discerning, high-touch clientele.
• Polished, sophisticated communication style with a genuine passion for fashion, styling, craftsmanship, and exceptional service.
• Results-oriented and team-focused, with the ability to balance sales goals, client needs, and operational responsibilities in a boutique environment.
• Ability to lift up to 50lb and stand for duration of shift.

Pay: $25/hr + Commission + Bonuses
