Job summary

Pyramid Consulting Group, LLC is seeking a full-time Sales Lead for our Miami Beach boutique, onsite. You will drive sales, provide a highly personalized client experience, and build lasting relationships with customers in a fast-paced, fashion-forward environment.

You’ll lead the sales floor, mentor teammates, stay current on trends, assist with merchandising, clienteling, and store operations, and wear multiple hats as needed.

• 2+ years of retail sales experience within contemporary fashion.
• Strong floor presence and leadership by example.
• Fashion-forward and trend-aware with personable approach.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for duration of shift.

Job description

Our client, a contemporary women’s fashion boutique, is seeking a full-time Sales Lead to join the team in Miami Beach onsite in their retail boutique. This is a permanent position starting immediately. Candidates should be able to work a flexible retail schedule, including weekends and holidays as needed.

Job Duties Include

• Drive sales and deliver a highly personalized, engaging client experience while building strong long-term customer relationships.
• Serve as a leader on the sales floor, supporting the team while maintaining strong product knowledge, styling expertise, and awareness of current trends.
• Wear multiple hats in a collaborative boutique environment, assisting with daily operations, merchandising, clienteling, and overall store needs.
• Additional duties as needed and assigned.

Job Qualifications Include

• 2+ years of retail sales experience within contemporary fashion, ideally in a smaller, high-touch boutique environment.
• Self-driven, responsible, and committed with a strong floor presence and the maturity to take ownership and lead by example.
• Fashion-forward and trend-aware with a personable approach, and the flexibility to thrive in a hands-on, team-oriented environment.
• Ability to lift up to 50lbs and stand for duration of shift.

Pay: $26-$30 per hour + Commission

This role may also be eligible for additional compensation including incentive pay, discretionary bonuses, and a comprehensive benefits package, details of which will be provided during the hiring process.
