Job summary

Pyramid Consulting Group, LLC in Boston is seeking a temporary Luxury Boutique Assistant / Host to deliver elevated guest experiences in a high-end jewelry setting. This role requires full-time retail availability including weekends and holidays, with immediate start for an approximate 6-month assignment.

You will greet clients, assist with appointments, provide champagne and refreshments, support the sales team, and help maintain visual presentation, inventory, and shipments.

Our client, a luxury jewelry brand, is seeking a temporary Luxury Boutique Assistant / Host to join their team in Boston, MA. The ideal candidate has a passion for delivering top-tier customer service, and has experience within hospitality, retail, or beauty. This is a temporary position starting immediately and continuing for approximately 6 months. Candidates must be able to work a full-time retail schedule, including weekends and holidays as needed.

Job Duties Include

• Greet customers with elevated service and assist with maintaining the appointment schedule
• Provide elevated hospitality, including champagne, water, coffee, and refreshment service, while anticipating client needs throughout their visit
• Support the sales team during client appointments
• Act as a brand ambassador by providing information about the brand to clients
• Support with day-to-day retail operations such as maintaining the visual presentation of the boutique, organizing inventory, and handling shipments
• Additional duties as needed and assigned

Job Qualifications Include

• Prior experience in Customer Service, Hospitality or Retail-focused roles
• Professional, attentive, and service-oriented demeanor with the ability to anticipate client needs and provide elevated champagne and beverage service.
• Superb written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to lift up to 50lbs & stand for duration to shift

Salary: $24 - $26/hr
