Pyramid Consulting Group, LLC is seeking a Luxury Boutique Stylist for our Miami location to deliver elevated customer service and support the boutique team with daily operations. This role involves assisting customers, processing inventory, and handling shipments to ensure a seamless luxury retail experience.

The ideal candidate has 1+ years in retail or related fields, strong communication skills, and the ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of experience in retail, customer service, hospitality, or related field.
• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Highly organized with strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Dependable, adaptable, and team-oriented.
• Comfortable with basic technology, inventory processes, and cash handling.
• Ability to lift up to 15 lbs. and stand for duration of shift.
• Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.

• Provide sales and service support to the boutique team
• Support daily operations including inventory organization, shipment processing, stock handling, and cycle counts
