Job summary

Brobston Group LLC is seeking a Sales Associate in San Diego to drive sales through exceptional customer service and deep product knowledge. You will support store operations including shipping, receiving, and POS processes while maintaining presentation standards.

You will engage with clients, build lasting relationships through clienteling tools, and assist with post-sale details such as alterations and shipping.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years retail sales experience, preferably in the luxury market.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to lift up to 25 lbs and stand or walk frequently during shifts.
• Proficiency with point-of-sale systems and strict adherence to sales policies.
