Job summary

Urban Outfitters is seeking a customer-focused team member for our Indianapolis store. You will represent the brand, engage customers with personalized advice, and stay informed on promotions both in-store and online. Maintain store visuals and assist with shipments to support inventory and product knowledge.

The role requires teamwork, flexibility to work nights, weekends, and holidays, and a passion for delivering excellent customer service in a fast-paced retail environment.
