Job summary

Urban Outfitters in Indianapolis is seeking a retail associate who brings authentic energy to the sales floor. You’ll engage customers, share product drops, and help maintain an inspiring, on-brand store environment.

We value genuine love for the brand, personal style, teamwork, and flexibility to work nights, weekends, and holidays. Prior retail or customer service experience is a plus but not required.

Responsibilities

• Bring the Brand to Life on the sales floor.
• Engage customers with authentic conversations, keep them informed about exclusive drops and promotions.
• Create energy on the salesfloor and provide memorable shopping experiences.
• Maintain an inspiring, organized, on-brand store space, including restocking and displays.
• Use in-store tech to support customers’ shopping journey, in-store or online.
• Work as a team, support colleagues, and bring good energy to the store.
• Be flexible and open to trying new things and learning as you go.

• Make Shopping Seamless
• Help maintain a space that feels inspiring, organized, and easy to shop; from restocking to styling displays, you’ll keep the store looking fresh and on-brand
• Use in-store tech to support customers however they want to shop—whether that’s in-store, online, or somewhere in between
• Stay Curious + Flexible
• Be open to trying new things, jumping in where needed, and learning as you go—every day is a little different, and that’s part of the fun
• Work as a Team
