Job summary

Enchem America INC. in Georgia seeks a responsive account coordinator to establish and nurture relationships with existing clients, ensuring satisfaction and repeat business.

You will manage a portfolio of accounts, understand needs, and provide tailored solutions. Key duties include coordinating product delivery, handling sample requests, using sales tools and ERP to track progress, issuing invoices, and monitoring monthly volumes.

Qualifications

• Education: High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Experience: 1 – 2 years’ experience in customer service and sales, preferably within the chemical or battery industry.
• Language: bilingual English and Korean (written and verbal) preferred.
• Abilities: proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (especially Excel) and ERP software.
