Job summary

Perspire Sauna Studio of Lakeview is seeking a Sales Associate to join our upscale wellness studio. This part-time role requires weekend and evening availability and offers commission-based pay plus bonuses and membership perks.

You will engage with guests, promote IR Saunas, and convert inquiries into memberships while maintaining a welcoming, high-energy environment. Training provided; advancement opportunities exist.

Qualifications

• Experience in sales and customer-facing roles.
• Excellent attendance history and reliability.
• Able to work weekend and evening shifts.
• Proven ability to nurture leads and close memberships.

Responsibilities

• Sell memberships with confidence in a commission-based atmosphere.
• Reach out to leads using our CRM with high-energy.
• Promote the benefits of IR Saunas and Perspire Sauna Studio Memberships.
• Set reservations and book follow-up appointments.
• Accommodate members, making them feel relaxed and welcome.
• Administer studio tours for new guests.
• Answer all questions about services and the facility.
• Maintain a clean facility, including sauna rooms turnover/cleaning.
• Maintain and organize towel supply area.

Part-time role, up to full-time (weekend and evening availability required)

Our studio operates during the following hours

• Monday through Friday: 7:00 AM – 8:00 PM
• Saturday and Sunday: 8:00 AM – 6:00 PM
