Perspire Sauna Studio River North is seeking a part-time Membership Sales Associate to join a welcoming, wellness-focused team. You will sell memberships and wellness services, provide studio tours, and help guests build consistent wellness routines while delivering exceptional guest experiences.

The role offers flexible scheduling within studio hours, opportunities for increased hours based on reliability and performance, and a path toward leadership responsibilities within a growing brand.

Qualificações

• Interest in health, wellness and helping guests feel their best.
• Confident, outgoing, and professional personality.
• Sales, hospitality, fitness, wellness or customer service experience preferred but not required.
• Strong communication skills and comfort speaking with new guests.

Responsabilidades

• Confidently presenting and selling memberships, packages, and wellness services.
• Educating guests on infrared sauna, red light therapy, and value of a wellness routine.
• Providing studio tours for new guests.
• Helping convert first-time visitors into long-term members.
• Following up with leads and guests through our CRM.
• Booking reservations and follow-up appointments.
• Welcoming members and creating a relaxed, professional studio experience.
• Answering questions about services, memberships and studio policies.
• Maintaining a clean, organized, guest-ready studio.
• Turning over sauna suites between appointments.
• Supporting towel organization, linen flow, and general studio operations.

Part-Time | Opportunity for Increased Hours

Perspire Sauna Studio River North is now open, and we are growing our team.

We are looking for positive, confident, sales-driven team members who genuinely enjoy connecting with people, creating a welcoming guest experience, and helping others build consistent wellness routines.

This is more than a front desk position. It is a member service and sales role inside an upscale wellness studio where professionalism, energy, reliability, and accountability matter.

This position will begin part‑time, with the opportunity to earn additional hours, potentially up to full-time, based on demonstrated reliability, performance, availability, and studio needs. We are currently hiring across multiple shifts, with weekday opening availability especially valued.

Studio Operating Hours

• Monday through Friday: 07:00–21:00
• Saturday and Sunday: 08:00–20:00

Availability for weekday opening shifts, evenings, and weekends is strongly preferred.
