Massage Envy Circle C Ranch in Austin is hiring an energetic front desk team member to provide outstanding customer service, educate clients about services, and help grow our wellness program.

You'll schedule appointments, answer calls and emails, process bookings, and support a smooth clinic flow while enjoying competitive pay ($15/hour base) with tips, bonuses, and commissions, full-time benefits, and a flexible schedule.

Qualifications

• Previous retail or sales experience preferred.
• Strong math and computer skills and ability to multitask.
• Great people skills and ability to build positive relationships with guests.
• Knowledge of massage and skincare services is helpful.

Responsibilities

• Provide outstanding customer service and make guests feel valued.
• Educate clients on services and promote the Wellness Program; book future services and retail purchases.
• Support clinic flow by greeting clients, scheduling services, answering calls and emails.
• Grow and retain a client base through in-person and phone/email outreach.

Qualified Candidates:

• Have previous retail or sales experience (preferred)


• Are critical thinkers with excellent math and computer skills and the ability to multitask


• Have great people skills and can establish positive relationships with guests


• Are supporters of total body care with a general knowledge of massage and skin care services

Day-to-Day:

• Provide outstanding customer service and help everyone feel valued and understood


• Promote the value of Total Body Care by educating clients on new and expanded services, selling the Massage Envy Wellness Program, booking clients for future services, and encouraging homecare retail purchases based on service provider recommendations


• Support clinic flow by greeting clients, scheduling services, answering phone calls, responding to emails, and addressing questions


• Help grow and retain a client base both in-person and through phone/email outreach
