Job summary

Perspire Sauna Studio in Westminster, CO is hiring a Part-time Member Service Associate. In this role you will greet guests, conduct tours, educate about wellness services, build relationships, and guide guests through membership options.

You will also perform studio operations, keep spaces clean, and support a high-energy team. Strong customer service and sales ability are valued, with evenings and weekends required.

Member Service Associate (MSA) Perspire Sauna Studio - Orchard Town Center | Westminster, CO

Perspire Sauna Studio is looking for positive, outgoing, and motivated individuals to join our growing team!

Our Member Service Associates play an important role in every aspect of the studio experience. This is a dynamic position that combines hospitality, strong membership sales, and hands-on studio operations.

We're looking for team members who enjoy variety in their day, naturally take initiative, and love working together to create a welcoming, beautiful environment for our guests.

What You'll Do

Guest Experience & Sales

• Welcome guests and create an exceptional first impression.
• Conduct studio tours, educate guests about our wellness services.
• Build relationships, recommend memberships, and confidently follow the sales process and ask for the sale.
• Make a minimum of 20 outbound calls per shift to leads to drive first visit bookings.
• Work toward individual and team sales goals.

Studio Care & Operations

• Thoroughly clean and reset private sauna suites after every session.
• Fold towels and restock towel inventory throughout the shift.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and inviting studio.
• Help ensure every guest enjoys a consistently exceptional experience.

Teamwork & Initiative

• Work collaboratively with teammates to keep the studio running smoothly.
• Take initiative by recognizing what needs attention and jumping in to help.
• Stay engaged and productive throughout your shift.
• Take pride in contributing to all aspects of the studio experience.
