An upscale sauna studio in Bradenton is seeking passionate and confident team members to join their member service team. The role involves selling memberships in a commission-based environment and providing exceptional guest service. Team members will promote the benefits of IR Saunas, set reservations, and greet guests with positivity. Ideal candidates should have a strong team player attitude and availability during evenings and weekends. Competitive pay rate ranges from $16 to $19 per hour plus commission.

What You’ll Do

Responsibilities

• Sell memberships with confidence in a commission-based atmosphere
• Reach out to leads using our CRM with high-energy
• Promote the benefits of IR Saunas and the Perspire Sauna Studio Membership
• Set reservations and book follow-up appointments
• Accommodate members, making them feel relaxed and welcome
• Administer studio tours for new guests
• Answer all questions about services and the facility
• Maintain clean facility, turnover/cleaning of individual sauna rooms
• Must have the ability to be on your feet for 4-5 hour shifts, bend down frequently, and lift up to 20 lbs
• Hiring immediately
