Job summary

Scandinavian Designs and Dania Furniture are seeking a Sales Associate to join our Phoenix showroom. You will connect with customers, drive sales in a commission-based environment, process transactions, schedule deliveries, and provide exceptional after-sale service.

We offer a training wage of $16.50–$18/hr for three months, followed by a continuous base pay of $15.15/hr plus uncapped commissions. Benefits include health, dental, vision, 401k/HSA, PTO, tuition assistance, and pet insurance.

Qualifications

• 6 months to 2+ years sales or customer service experience encouraged.
• Excellent communication and professional sales presentation skills.
• Available to work a mix of days, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Able to lift up to 30 lbs., bend, kneel, and use hand tools for assemblies.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service with a consultative approach.
• Maximize sales growth in a commission-based environment.
• Process sales transactions, schedule deliveries, and handle after-sale service.
