Perspire Sauna Studio is seeking a high-energy member service associate in Atlanta to drive membership sales and deliver exceptional guest experiences. You will engage with guests, promote infrared sauna benefits, and manage reservations with a monthly commission structure.

No prior experience required; comprehensive training provided to help you succeed in a dynamic wellness setting. Flexible Saturday/Sunday shifts and ongoing mentoring accompany opportunities for advancement.

Responsibilities

• Sell memberships with confidence in a commission-based atmosphere.
• Reach out to leads using our CRM with high-energy.
• Promote the benefits of IR Saunas and Perspire Sauna Studio Memberships.
• Set reservations and book follow-up appointments.
• Accommodate members and make them feel welcome.
• Administer studio tours for new guests.
• Answer questions about services and the facility.
• Maintain cleanliness and turnover of sauna rooms and towel area.

We Offer

Hourly Pay plus commission and bonuses based on types of memberships sold and paid out monthly

While in sales training, the potential to earn a commission when shadowing other sales associates

No experience is required. We offer comprehensive training.

All employees will receive hands-on training regarding the business and Perspire Health and Wellness Philosophy

Gain marketable skills! We have 30 years of combined sales experience and are happy to mentor the right employee.

Once onboarded, we will provide tailored ongoing 1:1 support

We offer flexibility to choose shifts within our Saturday and Sunday schedules

Below are our available shifts. Schedule flexibility is available to choose your shifts from the options below.

Monday through Friday, 6:30 am-11:30 am,

Monday through Friday, 11:30 am-4:30 pm,

Monday through Friday, 4:30-9:30 pm

Saturday and Sunday: 7:30 am to 12:30 pm

Saturday and Sunday: 11:30 am to 4:30 pm

Saturday and Sunday: 3:30 to 8:30 pm

Here’s what you’ll be doing:

Sell memberships with confidence in a commission-based atmosphere

Reaching out to leads using our CRM with high-energy

Promote the benefits of IR Saunas and the value of having a Perspire Sauna Studio Membership

Set reservations and book follow-up appointments

Accommodate members, making them feel relaxed and welcome

Administer studio tours for new guests

Answer all questions about services and the facility

Maintain clean facility, turnover/cleaning of individual sauna rooms

Maintain and organize the facility’s towel supply area

Competitive pay with successful training completion + commission
