Position Summary

The Sales Associate is a client-facing role responsible for delivering an exceptional luxury retail experience. The Sales Associate builds and maintains meaningful client relationships, drives individual and store sales performance, and upholds the brand’s standards of professionalism and service excellence.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Greet and engage clients in a warm, professional manner that reflects the brand’s standards.
• Build genuine rapport with clients to understand their preferences, needs, and occasions for purchase.
• Maintain and grow a personal client book through proactive outreach, follow-up, and clienteling (calls, texts, emails, handwritten notes).
• Achieve individual and store sales goals, including key performance metrics.
• Provide product knowledge and styling guidance to support informed purchasing decisions.
• Process sales transactions, returns, and exchanges accurately using the point-of-sale system.
• Maintain visual merchandising standards, including product presentation, restocking, and sales floor cleanliness.
• Handle client inquiries, concerns, and special requests with professionalism and discretion.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless client service across the sales floor.
• Stay current on new arrivals, collections, and promotions through ongoing product training.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• 1–3+ years of luxury retail, premium retail, fashion, or hospitality experience preferred.

Physical Requirements
