Massage Envy Atticus franchise locations are hiring team members to deliver exceptional customer service and help clients feel their best. The role includes promoting Total Body Care, booking services, and encouraging homecare retail purchases.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older
• High school diploma (or equivalent) and retail or sales experience preferred
• Excellent math and computer skills
• Strong people skills and ability to build positive relationships with guests
• Knowledge of massage and skin care services preferred

Responsibilities

• Provide outstanding customer service and help guests feel valued and understood
• Promote Total Body Care and educate clients on services and Wellness Program
• Book clients for services and encourage homecare retail purchases
• Support clinic flow by greeting clients, scheduling services, answering calls and emails
• Help grow and retain client base through in-person and phone/email outreach
• Participate in training and development and support the team
