Job summary

Massage Envy Titusville seeks friendly part-time staff to deliver outstanding customer service and promote Total Body Care. You will educate clients on services, book appointments, and encourage homecare retail purchases based on provider recommendations. The role supports clinic flow and client outreach to grow the base.

The position offers a flexible schedule (Mon-Fri, day shifts, weekends/holidays) with training and an employee-friendly environment within a wellness-focused team.

Qualifications

• Have previous retail or sales experience (preferred).
• Excellent math and computer skills with the ability to multitask.
• Great people skills and the ability to build positive guest relationships.
• Support Total Body Care with a general knowledge of massage and skincare services.

Responsibilities

• Provide outstanding customer service and make guests feel valued.
• Educate clients on services and promote the Massage Envy Wellness Program.
• Book appointments, assist with homecare retail purchases as advised by providers.
• Support clinic flow by greeting clients, answering calls, emails and questions.
• Grow and retain a client base through in-person and outreach efforts.

Day-to-Day:

• Provide outstanding customer service and help everyone feel valued and understood
• Promote the value of Total Body Care by educating clients on new and expanded services, selling the Massage Envy Wellness Program, booking clients for future services, and encouraging homecare retail purchases based on service provider recommendations
• Support clinic flow by greeting clients, scheduling services, answering phone calls, responding to emails, and addressing questions
• Help grow and retain a client base both in-person and through phone/email outreach
