Job summary

Massage Envy Corinth seeks motivated team members to deliver exceptional guest service and promote Total Body Care. You will help educate clients on services, book appointments, and encourage retail purchases while supporting daily clinic flow.

Full-time and part-time positions are available with flexible hours. Competitive base pay plus tips, benefits for full-time staff, and ongoing training are provided to help you grow in wellness care.

Qualifications

• Experience in retail or sales preferred.
• Strong math and computer skills and ability to multitask.
• Excellent people skills and the ability to build guest relationships.
• General knowledge of massage and skin care services.

Responsibilities

• Provide outstanding customer service and make guests feel valued.
• Explain Total Body Care benefits, promote services, book future visits, and encourage homecare retail.
• Support clinic flow by greeting clients, scheduling, answering calls and emails.
• Grow and retain a client base through in-person and outreach efforts.

Qualified Candidates:

• Have previous retail or sales experience (preferred)
• Are critical thinkers with excellent math and computer skills and the ability to multitask
• Have great people skills and can establish positive relationships with guests
• Are supporters of total body care with a general knowledge of massage and skin care services

Day-to-Day:

• Provide outstanding customer service and help everyone feel valued and understood
• Promote the value of Total Body Care by educating clients on new and expanded services, selling the Massage Envy Wellness Program, booking clients for future services, and encouraging homecare retail purchases based on service provider recommendations
• Support clinic flow by greeting clients, scheduling services, answering phone calls, responding to emails, and addressing questions
• Help grow and retain a client base both in-person and through phone/email outreach
