Job summary

AlphaGraphics NW San Antonio is seeking a highly organized, customer-focused Full-Time Entry-Level Sales Assistant to support inside and outside sales. You will interact with customers, streamline print order workflows, receive digital files, and assist from initial inquiry to final delivery in a fast-paced print and marketing environment.

Qualifications

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• High level of organization with attention to detail.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office; quick to learn print software.
• Collaborative mindset; able to support colleagues across departments.
• Experience in customer service or retail is a plus but not required (training provided).

Responsibilities

• Serve as first point of contact for client inquiries via phone, email, and front desk.
• Review quotes, collect project details, and route requests for the sales team.
• Inspect and prep customer artwork files for print readiness.
• Monitor work queues and keep production schedules moving.
• Follow up on quotes and notify clients when orders are ready.
• Assist sales reps with job entry, admin tasks, and reports.
• Maintain accurate records and collaborate with design, production, and regional locations.
