Job summary

AlphaGraphics Downtown Austin is seeking an energetic Sales & Production Assistant to join our Downtown Austin team. This entry-level hybrid role connects Inside Sales with Large Format / Digital Print Production, roughly split 50/50 between sales support and hands-on printing.

You will greet clients, prepare quotes, process orders, assist senior sales reps, and learn to operate high-speed printers, finishing, and quality checks.

Qualifications

• Prior experience in customer service, retail, or sales support.
• Strong verbal and written communication; comfortable with clients.
• Proficiency with MS Office and aptitude to learn print software.
• Organized with ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Inside Sales & Customer Support: greet clients, answer calls, generate quotes, process orders.
• Sales team support: assist with quote prep, order tracking, proofs, and follow-ups.
• Print Production & Technical Support: learn to operate high-speed printers and finishing equipment.
• Quality assurance: inspect color accuracy, sizes, and overall quality before delivery.
• Shop maintenance: stock organization and maintaining a clean workspace.
