AlphaGraphics NW San Antonio is seeking a highly organized, customer-focused Full-Time Entry-Level Sales Assistant to serve as the central backbone for Inside and Outside Sales. You will interact with customers, streamline print order workflows, receive digital files, and support the sales cycle from inquiry to delivery.

Qualifications

• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
• High level of organization and attention to detail.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).

Responsibilities

• Serve as the first point of contact for client inquiries via phone, email, and front desk.
• Review incoming quote requests and collect project details for the sales team.
• Inspect and preflight customer artwork files to ensure print readiness.
• Monitor work-in-progress and keep production schedules moving smoothly.
• Conduct outbound calls to follow up on quotes and notify clients when orders are ready.
• Assist sales reps with job entry, communications, and reporting.
• Maintain accurate records and collaborate with design, production, and regional locations.
