AlphaGraphics West Ave, a leading commercial printer headquartered in San Antonio, TX, is expanding its sales and marketing team. The company specializes in Print, Graphic Design, Marketing, and Sign creation services, serving major clients nationwide.

We are looking for dedicated sales professionals and marketing strategists who are eager to help clients succeed while advancing their own careers. This full‑time role requires Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM, with additional hours as needed.

Key Duties & Responsibilities

\

• Maximize sales opportunities by scheduling in-person appointments and delivering email and phone sales presentations.
\
• Manage a pipeline of prospects using the company CRM.
\
• Meet daily KPI targets and monthly/quarterly sales goals.
\
• Demonstrate strong knowledge of all administrative functions and mastery of the company Sales Training platform.
\
• Contribute to the Sales Team’s revenue, culture, and brand image.
\
• Serve as an ambassador of AG West Ave principles consistently.
\

Skills Required

• Excellent project management and a positive attitude.

• Demonstrated ability to meet deadlines, handle and prioritize simultaneous requests, and communicate effectively with business owners and C‑Level executives.
