Job summary

Mamiye Brothers in New York, NY seeks a detail-oriented Merchandising Coordinator to support order maintenance, RA requests, showroom preparation, and marketing material creation. You will collaborate with product managers, customer service, sales reps and buyers to ensure on-time delivery and accurate line sheets.

Responsibilities include trade show prep, sample organization, market appointments, and assisting management meetings.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in fashion merchandising, business or related field.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills with attention to detail.
• Ability to multi-task and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office; knowledge of Simparel and SAP a plus.
• Nu-order and/or Joor experience a plus.

• Manage order maintenance and issue resolution and reconciliation with customer service and the account.

• Assist with showroom maintenance prior to, during and post line opening.
• Trade show preparation and travel.
• Manage the creation of products to live within Nu-order.
• Coordinate all social gifting for influencer use.
• Organize marketing materials and line sheets for all appointments.
• Special projects as needed
